|Do I need a permit to hold a Raffle?|
|Most orders we produce and ship throughout the United States do not have permit information on them. But since permitting is usually a local issue, you should check with your local authorities.|
|Are raffle tickets tax deductible?|

|Can I see a proof before you print my order?|
|Yes, we require you to review all print copy before we print your order. Your proof will be faxed to the fax number you provide on your order form. We find that faxing is the most time efficient method for proofing. If you do not have access to a fax machine, we can email the proof to the email address you include on the order form. Your proof will be normally be ready within 24 hours after you place your order.|
|Can I place a logo on my tickets?|
|We can place your logo on almost any raffle ticket. Size your logo/art to fit your ticket body, then attach the logo/art file to an email message in JPG, PDF, or EPS format for PC (not Macintosh please). There is a flat $18.95 file handling charge for each file submitted.|
|Can the numbering sequence start at any number I want?|
|We prefer that
you start the numbering with number 1 or even 1001's. (i.e. 0001, 1001,
2001, 3001, 4001, etc.) There is no extra charge for these numbers. We
can start numbering with number 101 or other hundred and ones (i.e.
201, 301, 401, 501, etc.), however you will be charged for an
additional 1000 tickets so that we can ensure that there will be no
duplicate numbers in the process.
Keep in mind that if you start your numbering with any number other than 1, your ticket buyers may think that their odds of winning will decrease. Since a higher starting number makes the raffle appear that more tickets are being sold then actually are.
|What method will get me my tickets the fastest?|
|The fastest and most efficient way to receive your tickets is by simply completing our order form.|
|Can you email my proof?|
|Yes, we can email your proof. Our emailed proofs are sometimes received as spam by some internet email servers, so please check your spam mailbox if you don't see your proof in your mailbox.|
|Can I order more tickets if I don't order enough the first time?|
|Yes, however since we use disposable plates, your additional order will be charged as a new order. We can continue your numbering sequence on the additional order with no extra charge. If you are unsure of the quantity of tickets you need, we recommend that you order the next higher quantity in order to eliminate reordering charges.|
|When will I receive my order?|
|After leaving our plant in Pennsylvania it will take approximately 1-6 delivery days to reach you via UPS Ground Service, depending on your location. Click here for more information|
|Can I use a check to pay for my order?|
|No, credit cards are the only method of payment that we accept.|
|With us, your information remains private! We do not sell, rent, or trade any information to anyone. Your business means more to us than anything we would gain by selling our customer list.|
