- ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS -
1 - Enclose 2 copies of your camera-ready laser copy (3/8 inch minimum margins on all sides).
2 - Attach a note indicating quantity and number of parts.
3 - Include your credit card information: credit card number, expiration date, the name on the card, the address where you receive the bill for the credit card.
