entirely complete the form, this will save time and eliminate chance for error. We will follow your copy exactly
as written. Incomplete order forms will not be processed.
STOCK - Tickets are manufactured on 67 lb. Vellum Bristol
card
stock with your choice of color. (Gray, pink, cream, ivory, green, blue,
gold, canary, peach, orchid, and white). Tickets are also available in
20 lb.
white at no extra charge. 65 lb. vellum Neon Cover stock is also available in
Neon Pink, Neon Orange, Neon Green, Neon Fuchsia, Deep Purple, Holly Green, Red
and Cobalt Blue. If a paper stock is not designated
on the order form, author authorizes Haring Printing & Art
Company to choose any 67 lb. Vellum Bristol card stock color.
INK COLORS - Standard body copy color is black. An additional $29.95 flat charge will apply for the following standard ink colors:
185 red, 347 green, 288 blue, 181 brown, 320 Teal, 221 Maroon, 165 orange
and Purple.
Red ink is standard for numbers.
COMPOSITION - There is a limit of 12 ordinary
type lines you may use on the ticket. Please keep in mind that the more lines of
type on the tickets, the smaller the type size will be. We reserve the right of
arrangement and type style. We will try to match any samples as
close as possible. Please submit typed manuscript copy. Stub copy and layout
is standard as shown. If space allows, we can do custom stub copy.
There is an additional $10.00 charge for any non-standard stub
copy. Numbering and perforation locations can not be changed.
Any author's alterations will charged at $10.00 per change or
addition. Orders received via FAX are charged a $10.00 data entry charge. Author agrees that Haring Printing & Art Company
will not be held responsible for any typographical errors resulting
from submission of hand written copy.
NUMBERING - We prefer that
you start the numbering with number 1 or even 1001's. (i.e. 0001, 1001,
2001, 3001, 4001, etc.) There is no extra charge for these numbers. We
can start numbering with number 101 or other hundred and ones (i.e.
201, 301, 401, 501, etc.), however you will be charged for an
additional 1000 tickets so that we can ensure that there will be no
duplicate numbers in the process.
The extra tickets will be
shipped with your order for you to dispose of if desired. "Keep in mind that if you start your
numbering with any number other than 1, your ticket buyers may think that
their odds of winning have decreased. Since a higher starting number makes
the raffle appear that more tickets are being sold then actually are."
PROOFS - A proof will be FAXED to
you for your approval prior to printing. We can try to email your proof. We prefer to FAX your proof, since some email
service providers
have difficulty accepting our
system's proofing files. Upon submission of
an order, the author gives their full consent to allow Haring Printing & Art
Company to FAX or email proofs or any other correspondence associated with
author's order. Author agrees that Haring Printing & Art Company will not be held responsible for
any errors or omissions which result from orders being approved for printing without a signed
FAX proof from the author. We do not send proofs on silent auction tickets or if your camera-ready
raffle ticket
copy is entirely submitted in file format.
ARTWORK/LOGOS - We can include
line artwork or logos on
your tickets. Artwork or logos must be attached to an email to: haringprinting@email.com.
Please submit art in PC
formats: JPG,
PDF
or
EPS.
Macintosh files will not comply with our plating system. Files may be converted for our system.
Files will not be altered in any way. Any
DOC
or
PUB
file submitted will be printed, scanned and sized for best results. A flat file handling charge of $18.95
will be charged for each stock logo or to open each file submitted. The author agrees that any file
submitted that is not to size will be enlarged or reduced to fit the standard
ticket specifications.
|
Please
DO NOT submit art files that contain crop marks, registration marks,
outline boxes, numbering positions, perforation positions or guidelines. Simply
submit only the copy to be imprinted. |
PACKAGING - Tickets will be shrink-wrapped 250 tickets per
pack. Larger orders will be rubber banded 250 tickets per pack.
When stapled into books, 25 tickets is the maximum number of
tickets we can staple into a book. It is your choice of the quantity
of tickets to be stapled per book. Stapling is on the
left end (i.e. 2 1/8" left side) of the smaller portion of
the tickets, immediately above the number. We can not staple at any other
location.
SERVICE - Ticket orders with
quantities under 10,000 will be shipped approximately 48 hours
or less after receipt of author's approved proof (excluding

weekends). Allow an extra 24 hours for any additional operation (i.e. stitching into books, colored
ink or any other extra procedures). Approved proofed orders received after noon eastern time will be entered into the next working day
schedule. Large orders will be processed promptly, please allow
extra time.

for the Rush Service.
SHIPPING - United Parcel
Service Ground Track is standard. UPS Air shipment is available
at your expense. We can also ship via FedEx or Airborne using
your account number only. Author acknowledges that shipping by any air courier
will shorten shipping time only. It does not shorten production time. Orders
submitted with post office box addresses will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail.
Shipments will be made to the credit card holder address only. We do not drop
ship orders.
ADDRESS CORRECTIONS - Author
agrees to pay $12.50 for each address correction charge incurred from UPS.
PAYMENT - At our low prices we can not handle open accounts
or ship C.O.D. Terms are payment by credit card at time of order. Credit ratings have nothing to do with our policy. It's just that
at our low prices it is essential that we avoid the expense of
billing and bookkeeping detail.
CREDIT CARD FRAUD - We try very hard
to work with law enforcement authorities to investigate and prosecute the
fraudulent use of credit cards. Our system automatically verifies all addresses
with VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
ARBITRATION CLAUSE- The
parties to this sales agreement hereby agree that any and all disputes or claims
shall be filed and litigated in a court of record located in Berks County,
Pennsylvania.
CANCELLATIONS - The author
agrees that their credit card will be charged upon initial composition of the
order. Due to the fact that raffle tickets are a totally
custom manufactured product, the author agrees to pay Haring Printing and
Art Company a minimum of forty dollars per ticket side plus any file handling
charges incurred if the order is canceled prior to
the actual printing of the tickets.
